Chocolate Pudding - Serves 3

300ml hemp seeds soaked overnight in water
juice of 3 oranges
zest of 1 orange
3 dried figs, soaked overnight in water
4 apricots, soaked overnight in water
50g sunflower seeds, soaked overnight in water
50g pumpkin seeds
12 walnuts
3 bananas
½ tsp coconut butter
1 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
(or use normal cocoa powder instead of the above two ingredients. Cocoa powder is cooked but it's only a little bit so don't worry about it!)

Drain the hemp seeds and blend with the orange juice and some water from the soaked dried fruit as necessary. Strain and squeeze through muslin (a muslin bag is easiest) to make hemp milk.

Drain the soaked ingredients and blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Serve with fruit such as cherries, raspberries, mango and/or a little yoghurt and a tablespoon of flax oil. Ground hazelnuts are also delicious with this recipe.

Rob's Chocolate Treat

Hemp Milk (see above for how to make it)
10 Dates
Handfull of walnuts
Cocoa powder and/or raw cacao nibs
Optional: raw milk (dairy)

Make the hemp milk then put all the ingredients in a blender (a high speed blender like a VitaMix is best) and blend until smooth and creamy. This beats cooked chocolate any day!

Mushroom Sauce

2 large mushrooms
1 red or orange pepper (not green, they're not ripe)
1 avocado
7 black olives (with the stone taken out)
2 tablespoons of seaweed flakes (I used Clearspring "Atlantic Sea Salad" which is a mixture of dulce, sea lettuce and nori but I'm sure dulce flakes or nori flakes would work just as well)
1/4 tsp maca
about 60ml raw (unpasteurised) milk (I've also made it with water from a fresh coconut, if you don't have either just try using water)

Chop ingredients to a size suitable for your blender and blend.
