The package contains the following:
- Cacao powder 500g
- Cacao butter 500g
- Lucuma powder 500g
- Raw Agave Nectar 500ml
- Carob powder 500g
- Coconut butter 250g
- Silicone chocolate moulds - choose either shells or flowers (put your choice in the order comments box when you checkout or we will choose for you)
- Chocolate making recipe sheet
No special equipment required, just some bowls, spoons, etc and some way of melting the cacao butter - I just use hot water in a bowl.
We also have the "Extra" kit available which has a few extra ingredients.
