This is delicious, it's what chocolate is made from. The cacao beans (raw chocolate beans) are cold pressed to produce this amazing pure cacao oil, which is solid at room temperatures.
Cacao butter (or cocoa butter as it is also known) can be used in many different chocolate recipes. I love to make my own chocolates by melting the cacao butter and then adding raw cacao powder, lucuma, carob and honey.

Valentine's white choccie body scrub bar

- 100g melted raw cacao butter
- 50-150g fine ground raw cane sugar (depending on how harsh you want it)
- 1 whole powdered vanilla pod
- 20 drops favourite essential oil (optional)
- 1 heart shaped mould
Stir all the ingredients together and pour into mould. Leave to harden
in the fridge and pop out. Now you have a gorgeous present for your loved one on Valentine's!
Use after soaping in shower or tub and scrub in circular motions all over your body. Rinse off thoroughly. No moisturiser needed afterwards as some of the oil stays on the skin.
