- Cacao powder 500g
- Cacao butter 1kg
- Lucuma powder 500g
- Raw Agave Nectar 500ml
- Carob powder 500g
- Coconut butter 500g
- Mesquite meal 500g
- Vanilla powder 113g
- 2 sets of silicone chocolate moulds
- Chocolate making recipe sheet
No special equipment required, just some bowls, spoons, etc and some way of melting the cacao butter - I just use hot water in a bowl. If you have a blender or grinder, the cacao nibs can be ground, but they can also be used whole.
