Make delicious raw chocolates with our cacao paste.
Cacao paste (sometimes called cacao liquor or cocoa mass) is 100% cacao beans which have been ground down. So if you are using it to make your own chocolate, it is like having cacao butter and powder ready mixed. Cacao paste is solid at room temperature but melts easily.
It's easy to make into raw chocolate, just melt it and add your favourite raw sweetener. This does make strong chocolate, add some cacao butter if you prefer it milder.
Raw and pesticide free, made from cacao beans grown in Ecuador, fairly traded from small scale growers.
