I've always liked olives, but when I tasted my first naturally ripe raw olive I started to love them. Most olives are processed to remove the bitterness, but these olives are left to ripen naturally so have no bitter flavour. You need to try them to find out how real olives taste!
These olives are from the Greek Thassos Island. Certified organic by Bio Hellas (Greek organic certification).
Ingredients: Olives, untreated sea salt (less than 1.8%), olive oil.
