Holly says it reminds her of a Caramac bar (not that she's eaten one of those for a long time!).
Just to clear up any confusion, this is 'white' chocolate in that it doesn't contain any cacao solids (it does contain cacao butter), but the actual colour of the bar is not white.
Ingredients: cacao butter, lucuma, coconut palm sugar, vanilla.
Please note that as far as we know, the coconut palm sugar isn't raw.
Vegan.
The cacao butter and vanilla (total 43%) are certified fairtrade, licence FFLR0646.
