From a remote part of Spain in Valencia province, this is truly natural honey. Bee keeper Ramon takes care of the bees and doesn't feed them sugar in the winter like most commercial bee keepers do.
Because this honey is not ultra-filtered, it contains 22 amino acids, 27 minerals, B vitamins and enzymes.
Honey makes a great natural raw sweetener, I've been using it in raw chocolate, cakes and deserts.
