For an onion bread bruschetta, chop up some tomatoes, onion and basil, mix and distribute on the bread, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and bite in!
You can also cut the bread diagonally to create a sandwich of any flavour and description, use a whole square to create a pizza or cut into smaller pieces to use as a base for canapes.
