Heather honey is one of the most sort after. It has a strong caramel like flavour and is high in minerals.
All our honeys are raw and cold pressed, from natural and remote parts of Spain. Bee keeper Antonio takes care of the bees and doesn't feed them sugar in the winter like most commercial bee keepers do, this is truly natural honey.
Because this honey is not ultra-filtered, it contains 22 amino acids, 27 minerals, B vitamins and enzymes.
