Raw Vanoffe is a healthy alternative snack food from The Raw Chocolate Company, you've got to try it to believe how good it tastes!
Holly says it reminds her of a Caramac bar (not that she's eaten one of those for a long time!).
Just to clear up any confusion, this is 'white' chocolate in that it doesn't contain any cacao solids (it does contain cacao butter), but the actual colour of the bar is not white.
Ingredients: raw cacao butter, raw algarroba (South American carob), raw lucuma, real vanilla, sea salt.
Vegan.
