Bulk buy - large 1kg bag of delicious Atlantic seaweed, high in minerals and protein including all essential amino acids.
This seaweed is very tender when soaked. It can be mixed into salads, or blended into recipes. I like to grind up some sesame seeds (or use raw tahini) and mix with some of the soak water to make a salad dressing to mix in with the seaweed. This goes particularly well with mushrooms.
