This is an amazing high quality organic pollen from remote wilderness areas of Spain.

The colour of this pollen varies from yellow to green based on the different flowers the bees visit. The flavour varies too, with some grains having an amazing sweet taste and others a slightly bitter flavour.

Organic bee pollen contains twenty two amino acids (protein), all the known vitamins, particularly the B vitamins, and twenty seven minerals.
