Acai berry benefits: these superfood berries contain anthocyanins; powerful antioxidants which give acai berries their purple colour, the same antioxidant found in blueberries and other purple/blue foods. They also contain the essential fatty acids oleic acid and linoleic acid plus good amounts of vitamin C.

Please note that this chocolate is not 100% raw. It is sweetened with coconut sugar which is made from the sap of the coconut palm which slowly changes into a sugar as it’s gently stirred over a log fire. Coconut sugar has an even lower glyceimic-index than agave and is unrefined.
