Kombucha (occasionally spelt kambucha) is a fermented probiotic drink made by fermenting green tea with a special "mushroom" which is a mix of yeasts and bacteria. It aids digestion and facilitates detoxification and is also high in B vitamins.
GO! Organic Kombucha is handmade in small batches and is raw and unpasteurised to preserve the beneficial live probiotic bacteria. This also means that no two batches taste exactly the same.
Ingredients: filtered spring water,
Chinese green sencha tea, unrefined sugar and kombucha cultures. Note that much of the sugar is consumed during the fermentation process and is not present in the final drink.
May contain traces of alcohol due to fermentation (less than 0.5% alcohol). Supplied in glass bottles.
