A tender flavourful seaweed.
Our fresh seaweed is raw, it is not dried like most seaweed. It is preserved with sea salt which can be rinsed off before eating. Even if you don't like dried seaweed, try this as it is different (and much better in my opinion).
As this is a refrigerated product, we can only send it within the UK. We will send to Europe in the winter at your own risk.
Ingredients:Royal Kombu (laminaria saccharina), sea salt.
Store in the refrigerator. The best before date will usually be in 1 to 2 months.
Also know as tangle and kelp.
