New flavour of kombucha - Red Pu-erh Tea - "Dark and Earthy with an aromatic edge". Kombucha (occasionally spelt kambucha) is a fermented drink made using a special kombucha "mushroom" which is a mix of yeasts and bacteria which can help with detoxification and digestion.
GO! Organic Kombucha is handmade in small batches and is raw and unpasteurised to preserve the beneficial live probiotic bacteria which also means that each batch can taste different to the last.
Ingredients: spring water,
organic Red Pu-erh tea, organic sugar and organic kombucha cultures. Note that much of the sugar is consumed during the fermentation process and is not present in the final drink.
May contain traces of alcohol due to fermentation (less than 0.5% alcohol). Supplied in glass bottles.
