Cold Pressed (Raw) Extra Virgin Coconut Butter, great for use in raw chocolate recipes and also for skin care or massage. Coconut butter is also known as coconut oil - in the UK, most of the time it is solid, apart from the main part of summer when it is liquid!
A really simple raw icing can be made by mixing 1 tablespoon coconut butter with 3 tablespoons lucuma powder and 1 tablespoon yacon syrup or raw honey. Just mix up really well to form a thick sticky paste which can be used to top a cake or as a filling for raw chocolates.
