These Siberian cedar nuts are smaller and look a lot more natural than regular pine nuts. They are organically grown in China.
Great for making pesto - grind up the cedar nuts and blend with basil and flax oil, plus a bit of onion or garlic if you desire and maybe a couple of sundried tomatoes, and a little cheese if you eat it. If basil is not available, replace with a flavoursome green leaf, wild garlic or coriander work well.
