We offer Fast Free Delivery on orders over £50 to UK mainland.
The delivery price is calculated individually for each order - to find the cost for your order go to your shopping cart and press the "Estimate Shipping" button. Choose your country if necessary.
UK Delivery
For mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Highlands and Islands) delivery is free if you spend over £50, otherwise the maximum price you will pay is £4.99. Some example prices - a bar of chocolate would be 56p, 500g of superfoods would be £2.59 and 1kg of superfoods would be £3.39.
Orders up to 4kg are sent by First Class mail. Parcels over 4kg may be sent by courier or First Class mail. If we use a courier, you will need to sign for delivery.
We aim to get your order in the post the day after you order, often the same day if you order early enough. So expect 1 to 2 days for delivery although we cannot guarantee this.
Overseas delivery
Parcels up to 2kg will be sent by standard mail. Parcels heavier than this will either be sent by courier or will be split into 2 or 3 smaller boxes and sent by regular mail.
Delivery should take 3 to 5 working days within Europe and 5 or more days to the rest of the world. If your parcel has to clear customs in your country this may increase the delivery time.
Delivery outside of the European Union
Please note that any items sent outside of the European Union may be delayed by customs and any extra customs charges will be your responsibility. If you have food in your parcel, this is entirely at your own risk as customs may not let this through.
Returns
You may return items within 7 days for a full refund, providing that they are unopened and un-used and in their original condition.
