When will I get my delivery?
We try to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, usually next day or sooner. You will get an email when your parcel is dispatched. Delivery is usually the day after dispatch for the UK, but can sometimes take a little longer. Please see our delivery page for full details.
If you haven't received your parcel in 4 days, the first thing to do is check at your local Royal Mail delivery office as that is where your parcel will go if you are not in. Of course Royal Mail should leave a card to tell you this if it happens, but often they don't.
I haven't received a link to download my eBooks / MP3's?
Immediately after purchase, you should be forwarded back to the Funky Raw website to a page which includes the download links. Otherwise you can log into your account, click the My Account link and from there you can view your orders and any downloads they contain.
What are your shipping costs?
To find out what the shipping will cost, add the items you require to the shopping cart and the price will be displayed. If you are not in the UK and not logged in, choose your country and press the "Update" button. UK Mainland deliveries for orders over £50 are free of charge. See our shipping page for full details.
Are your products suitable for a vegan or vegetarian diet?
Most of them are, with only a few exceptions: the Purple Balance snack bars contain honey, and all the Green Pastures products contain fish oil and/or dairy.
